*Tuttle Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) and the Trust entered into an operating expenses limitation agreement to ensure The SPAC and New Issue ETF’s (the “Fund”) net annual fund operating expenses would not exceed 0.95% at least through January 31, 2026. The operating expenses limitation agreement is effective June 9, 2025.

Principal Investment Strategies

In pursuing the Fund’s investment objective, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in units and shares of Special Purpose Acquisitions Companies (“SPACs”) that have a minimum capitalization of $100 million and companies that completed an initial public offering (“IPO”) within the last two years.
